Church Programs and Teams

Church Programs

Church programs are the ministries that First Church offers to our spiritual community. Along with our weekly Worship (Sundays at 11) these programs are how we gather to grow our community and deepen our faith.

This team works to welcome visitors to the church, encourage frequent visitors to consider joining the church as members, and integrating members into the life of the church. The Membership Team hosts a “New to UU” lunch several times a year for new members to meet each other and learn more about the church and the UU faith.

Caring CommitteeCaring Committee

A small group of church members ensures we check-in at least monthly with all our members paying special attention to members we haven’t seen at church during the month. The Caring Committee responds to special needs with a card or a visit or arranges for more extensive pastoral care if required.
