Your Board of Directors is happy to announce the selection of the Reverend Ricky Hoyt as our quarter-time Consulting Minister. He has written a column in this newsletter issue which will be the first of many, I hope.
From the board's perspective, and more particularly from my own as your president, we are looking forward to working with Ricky to further First Church's mission and responsibilities to our Unitarian Universalist fellows and to the community which surrounds us and provides us with the opportunity to be witnesses to our center city.
It is a unique perspective that we enjoy and I see us as building on that knowledge to enhance our faith and the way that we embody that faith in the real world.
